    Directions
    As a dietary supplement, take 6 tablets before, during or after training with water. Amino acids are best taken one of two ways: 1) With a pre/intra workout drink mix to protect muscle tissue during exercise. 2) Immediately after exercise and before your post workout shake to speed recovery and repair.
