Karalexis from season one of The Ultimate Fighter, exchanged blows and takedowns with the former King of the Cage fighter for 3 brutal rounds. Denny nealy ended ended the fight prematurely with a rear naked choke attempt, but Karalexis rolled away. Each fighter went full go until the final bell and the final say was left up to the judges.
