19-NorAndrostenedione exhibits strong anabolic properties with minimal androgenic characteristics. 19-NorAndrostenedione is converted to nor-testosterone (nandrolone) in the liver. Nandrolone has a high affinity for steroid receptors and remains active at the receptor site longer than testosterone. 19-NorAndrostenediol is also converted to Nandrolone in the liver albeit via a separate enzymatic pathway as that of 19-NorAndrostenedione. 19-NorAndrostenediol exhibits no conversion into DHT or Estrogen and is extremely anabolic.

Androstenedione is converted to testosterone in the liver. It has been shown to increase serum testosterone levels by as much as 300% in as little as 60 minutes. It is so powerful, that it is banned by the IOC, NCAA, NFL and other athletic organizations.

4-Androstenediol converted to testosterone in the liver albeit via a separate enzymatic process than Androstenedoine and may be converted as much as three times more effectively. While Androstenedione does exhibit androgenic properties (conversion into DHT and Estrogen), 4-Androstenediol is exceptionally anabolic.

Anti-estrogenic agents inhibit stromatic prostate mass growth in patients with benign prostate hypertrophy (DiSilverio, 1992)"2
